Formula 1

After a beautiful week off we are heading to the next leg of the season. We say goodbye to the European leg and heading to the shores of Singapore. The question remains however, if Max Verstappen can increase his incredible run of 10 consecutive race wins?

The odds for winning

It is unsurprisingly that Verstappen is the favorite for the win, as the Dutchman seeks a record-extending 11th straight victory this season, to make it 13 wins of 15 races. This is an incredible run, and one that seems impossible to stop.

That is the main goal for the rest of the field. Sergio Perez is the second favorite, given he too is a driver of Red Bull driving the RB19.

Behind the Red Bull's there is Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton tied at third favorites, with that McLaren still doing the business near the front of the field and likely to be even more impressive at a higher down force track.

The odds for who will be the fastest in qualifying

Qualifying has been more exciting this year than the race itself. We have seen some very challenging an close calls at the end of Q3. Albeit, Max Verstappen still has a pretty impressive stat of eight pole position this season so far.

However, last year it was Charles Leclerc who was the fastest in qualifying. We also have Sergio Perez who was name the king of street races, which could give him a confident boost in performance.

Keep an eye out for Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso, Hamilton did have one of his best laps here in 2018. The Mercedes has been quietly improving and while the recent run of low down force tracks didn't overly suit the W13, Singapore could be a very different proposition.

  • Max Verstappen Odds: 1.45

  • Sergio Perez Odds: 8.50

  • Carlos Sainz, Charles Leclerc, Lando Norris Odds: 13.0

The odds for a podium finish

Carlos Sainz gave the Italian fans something to cheer last time out as he managed to finish P1 during practice on Friday and Charles Leclerc ended his session P2. This is going to give the Ferrari some real confident, but will the Scuderia be good enough?

The odds are not looking in their favorites, instead Fernando Alonso and Lando Norris have better odds for a podium finish. Aston Martin wants to retake second place in the constructors Championship and in order to do so, they are relying on Alonso to score some big points.

Oscar Piastri is also eager to get his first podium finish to his name, his top three came in a Sprint rather than a Grand Prix Race. George Russel hasn't been on the stage since Spain. So much can happen at this race and with a tricky circuit the results could be anyone.
